Bird (2024)

Bailey lives with her father Bug (Barry Keoghan) in a squatted house in Kent, near London. Instead of taking care of Bailey, Bug prefers to focus on his latest business idea when he's not partying through the night high on cocaine: he wants to develop and sell a hallucinogenic super drug from the secretion of a special South American toad. After running away from home again after a fight, Bailey meets the peculiar Bird (Franz Rogowski), who comes out of nowhere performing somersaults and wearing a pleated skirt. In a world where no one cares about her, Bird becomes Bailey's closest confidant. But is Bird really who he says he is?
